a Suspension concentrate insecticide for the treatment of soil to protect buildings and other man made structures against Subterranean wood destroying termites. Also protects against wood destroying termites. Value for money, strong concentrate, 50ml treats 13.8m², 200ml treats 55.5m² and 500ml treats 138m². Preventative and corrective trench and nest treatment. Apply 5l mixture to 1m² for foundation, nest treatment or pre or post construction treatment.
Directions for Use:
- Pre-Construction Preventative Treatment: (Protection of buildings in the process of being erected): 7.2ml per 10l water or 72ml per 100l water. For effective pre-construction preventative treatment, trenches and the entire floor area needs to be treated before concrete is cast. Take every precaution to ensure that a continuous protective chemical barrier, 5 to 10cm thick, of the entire floor plan of the construction is achieved. Foundation trenches: The mixture should be applied at a rate of 5l per m linear. Also treat the walls of the trenches. All trenches entering the building for the purpose of housing plumbing and electrical conduits, ducts as well as the inside cavity walls, must be treated in the manner described. Concrete floors: After filling and compaction, before the concrete slab is cast, treat the soil and fillings with the prepared mixture at the rate of 5l per m2. If 15mm or more rain falls within 24 hours of treatment, the treatment has to be repeated, unless the treated soil was sufficiently protected against such an eventuality. Suspended floors: Treat the entire surface area below the floor at the rate of 5l per m².
- Post-Construction Corrective Treatment: Conventional Method: (Protection of existing buildings): 7.2ml per 10l water or 72ml per 100l water. Outdoor Applications: Corrective treatment consists of two distinct applications. Ideally both applications, trenching and perimeter drilling and injection, should be carried out. if trenching is not possible, perimeter drilling and injection treatment should still be implemented. Trenching: Around exterior perimeter of the foundations, dig a 150mm wide trench, 450mm deep, but not lower than the foundation. At a rate of 5l per m linear, apply the prepared mixture to the bottom of the trench while backfilling with soil. The soil used for backfilling must be treated too. Treat lengths of 3 to 6m at a time. Perimeter Drilling and Injection Treatment: Where it is not possible to treat trenches in the prescribed manner due to the presence of concrete aprons, verandas and paving, a perimeter drill and injection treatment is recommended. Drill and inject the prepared product mixture at 1m intervals around the entire outside perimeter of the building. Holes must be drilled from the outside through the walls at an angle, ensuring that the mixture is applied under the floor slab. At the site of infestation within the building, drill and treat 1 to 3 holes. Inject 5l of the mixture into all of the holes, sealing the holes with mortar once the liquid has drained sufficiently. Indoor Applications: Suspended floors: To gain access to the crawl space beneath the floor, a hole needs to be made in the floor. The best option is to trench around the inside of the foundation walls and treat as described above. Alternatively, a number of holes can be drilled through the floor at 1m intervals through which the soil underneath is treated at a rate of 5l per m2. Afterwards, seal holes using wooden dowels. Solid Floors: Drill holes of suitable size right through the concrete floors, all the way around the inside perimeter of all the rooms in the building, no more than 1 m apart. This is particularly important along the outer, weight bearing, walls. Pump the prepared mixture into these holes, one after the other, at a rate of 5l per hole and seal the holes with mortar once the mixture has drained sufficiently.
- Road and Runway Treatment: 7.2ml per 10l water or 72ml per 100l water. Application must take place before the last compaction fill at a rate of 5l per m². Extend the treatment to cover the full width of the road, shoulders included.
- Treating Existing Colonies: 4ml per 5l water. Active colonies within 50m of buildings should be eradicated. Termite mounds: After the top has been removed with a suitable tool, pour 5l of the mixture into the nest. Chimney type mounds: Pour 5l of the mix into each of the chimneys.

It must be stored in a cool place away from food and feedstuffs and kept out of reach of children, uninformed persons, and animals. Users should avoid re-entering treated areas within one day of application unless wearing protective clothing. In case of poisoning, seek medical attention and present this label to the doctor. For aerial application, notify local inhabitants and avoid spraying over or contaminating adjacent water areas. Although tested under various conditions, the manufacturer does not guarantee efficacy in all scenarios due to factors like soil, climate, water quality, and pest resistance, and accepts no liability for damage to crops, vegetation, the environment, or harm to humans or animals if label instructions are not followed. Precautionary measures include avoiding inhalation of spray mist or fumes, preventing skin and eye contact, and wearing protective gear like gloves, boots, and a face shield when mixing or applying. Wash skin with soap and water after exposure, and clean contaminated clothing separately. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while using the product. Equipment must be cleaned before reuse, and rinse water should be disposed of responsibly. Empty containers should be drained for 30 seconds, rinsed three times, and rendered unusable before disposal, never repurposed for any other use.
