How our bulk quote works

Add the products you need to your quote basket from any product page, then complete the form with your details and delivery preference. We check stock and pricing and email your quote, usually on the same business day. There is no obligation to buy, and you can accept the quote on WhatsApp or by replying to the email.

Who asks for a quote

Restaurants and food businesses, hotels and guest houses, farms and stables, schools, property managers and pest control operators regularly order larger quantities of the same products. A quote lets us offer pricing that reflects the volume you buy and plan delivery around your needs.

What to include

Tell us the products and quantities you need, how often you order and where the order must be delivered. If you are not sure which products to choose, describe the pest problem and the size of the area, and we will suggest a suitable combination.

Delivery options

Quotes can include courier delivery to your door, delivery to a Pudo locker, or collection by arrangement. Delivery costs are confirmed in the quote before you pay.

After you accept the quote

Once you accept the quote, we confirm your order and send the payment details. You can see your quote requests at any time by signing in to My account and opening My Quotes.

Repeat orders

If you order the same products every month or every season, mention it in your quote request. We can keep your list on record, so the next quote is quicker, and let you know about specials on the products you use most. A repeat quote is the easiest way for businesses to keep pest control stock on hand without running out.

Questions about a quote

If you have a question about a quote you received, reply to the quote email or send us a WhatsApp with the quote reference number. We can adjust quantities, swap products or change the delivery option before you accept, and we will send you an updated quote.
