Fumitabs 6’s

Fumigation tablets for household use. Kills Bedbugs, Fish Moths, Flies, Clothes Moths, Mosquitoes and Cockroaches. Releases a fine vapour to kill cockroaches where they hide. One Fumitab covers up to 27m³.

Directions for Use:

• Open all hiding places (wardrobes, cupboards and beds). Close all windows, doors and ventilators. Place the tablet on a brick. Light and blow out flame that may form.
• Keep room closed for 3 to 4 hours for crawling insects and 20 – 30 minutes for flying insects. Then ventilate well (3 to 4 hours) and do not re-occupy premises before the smoke has completely disappeared.
• Repeat after 2 to 3 weeks to control the next generation of insects or follow up with a registered residual surface spray insecticide as this product has no residual action, it only flushes out insects from their hiding places.
• For the control of Cockroaches and Bedbugs, fumigate between 8 and 12pm as this is the time when the insects become most active.
• Crawling insects (Bedbugs, Fleas, Fish Moths and Cockroaches): Use 1 Fumitab per 27m³ (3m x 3m x 3m) of space.
• Flying insects (Flies, Mosquitoes and Clothes Moths): Use 1 Fumitab per 27m³ of space or 2 Fumitabs per 54m³ to prevent re-infestation. Fumigation must be done at regular intervals.

Safety Information:

This product should be handled with care. During use, cover or remove fish tanks, eating utensils, food, artificial silk, and pets from the area. Keep the packaging tightly closed as the product may stain some household appliances; cover them before fumigation. It is poisonous by swallowing and inhalation and may cause irritation to the skin, eyes, mucous membranes, and skin sensitization. It is toxic to fish and bees and flammable—keep away from open flames or heat sources. Store away from food, water, and ensure it is out of reach of children, uninformed persons, and animals. Always keep the package well closed. Vacate premises during fumigation and ensure thorough ventilation (3–4 hours) before re-occupation. Symptoms of human poisoning include hypersensitivity, tremors, muscular fibrillation, salivation, incoordination, incontinence of urine, lacrimation, and rapid or irregular respiration. Do not inhale smoke or vapour. Wash with soap and water after handling. Prevent contamination of food, feed, and water. Destroy empty containers and do not re-use them for any other purpose. Avoid using the product in the presence of people, pets, and animals. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while handling the product.
