How long does delivery take?
Orders are sent by courier or to your nearest Pudo locker and usually arrive in 1–3 business days. Delivery is calculated at checkout from R99 (locker to locker).
Do you give discounts on bulk orders?
Yes — restaurants, hotels, farms, pest controllers and other businesses can add products to a quote basket and we'll reply with bulk pricing. Request a bulk quote.
Where can I see my order and receipt?
Sign in to My account → Orders to see your orders, their status and your invoices.
How do I return an item?
If a product arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days on WhatsApp, by email or with the form on this page and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our returns policy.
Which product is right for my problem?
Send us a WhatsApp with what you're seeing (a photo helps) and where — we'll recommend the right product and how to use it safely.

WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach the team during business hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Messages that arrive after hours are answered on the next business day.
Product advice
If you are not sure which product to use, tell us which pest you are dealing with, where you are seeing it and how big the problem is. A photo helps a lot. We will recommend a registered product that fits the problem and explain how to use it safely around children, pets and food areas.
Help with an order
For questions about an order, include your order number so we can find it quickly. You can also sign in to My account to see your orders, their status and your invoices. If a product arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Bulk and business orders
Buying for a restaurant, hotel, farm, school or pest control company? Use the Request a quote page to add products to a quote basket, or list the products and quantities in your message. We usually reply with pricing on the same business day.
