- Should your shipping address be in an outlined or high-risk area, we will ship the stock to the nearest Pudo locker pertaining to the shipping address. This is to avoid additional delivery fees from the courier service.

- Refund Options: We’ll replace the item or, if preferred, issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 days to process.
