Fly Bait 200g

Highly effective, ready to use granular fly bait that can be used either as a dry scatter bait or wet as a surface spray or paint on. This fly bait has been scientifically proven to attract and kill flies by contact and stomach action.

Directions for Use:

• Dry Bait:  Lightly sprinkle bait in a shallow container out of reach of children and animals. The container should be positioned in areas where flies are known to congregate. Alternatively, the bait can also be sprinkled over moistened cotton wool inside a shallow container.
• Scatter Bait: Evenly scatter granules (200g per 50 to 100m²), over surfaces where flies have access and are known to congregate. These include areas around waste disposal sites, refuse dumps, manure heaps, external areas of food processing plants, restaurants, in and around poultry houses, dairies, feedlots, piggeries and stables. Care should be taken not to place the bait in heaps but rather scatter lightly, as this increases the attractiveness of the bait. Continue the treatment reapplying every 2 to 3 hours until the fly population has decreased.
• Liquid Bait: For heavily infested areas prepare a viscous solution of the granules by mixing 200g of bait to 200ml of warm water. Stir well. It is not necessary to completely dissolve all the granules. A 200g solution can be used to “paint” a target area of 0.8 to 1,6m² and will provide effective fly control for a surrounding area of 80m². Once the fly population has been brought under control a maintenance solution may be prepared by mixing 50 to 100g of granules to 1l of water. Apply small amounts in numerous target areas where flies are known to congregate. Alternatively, the solution can be sprinkled onto floors and other known resting places.

Always wear rubber gloves when handling or mixing bait, and wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use. Avoid contamination of food, feed, water, eating utensils, and food preparation surfaces. Dispose of empty containers responsibly by destroying them, and never reuse them for any other purpose.
